Q: Are you a licensed company?
A: Yes. We are officially licensed by the public carriage to carry the public.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A: Our prices are per car, please see vehicle capacity for further details.

Q: On my last visit to Malta, I was overcharged by the taxi driver due to being stuck in a traffic jam, are your prices set?
A: Transfer prices are set from the outset by contacting the office. All prices are quoted before the journey and are FIXED.

Q: I have heard the Regional Road in Malta is like a car park, how does this effect my journey?
A: We do everything in our powers to avoid traffic but sometimes we get effected. We calculate our time schedule accordingly to the traffic conditions.

Q: Where will I meet your driver at the airport?
A: Our driver will meet you in front of the exit of the arrival, with your name board.

Q: How long before my flight should I be at the terminal?
A: For most flights you should aim to be at the terminal 1 or 2 hours before your scheduled flight time.

Q: What happens if I cannot find my driver?
A: Contact us on our contact number.

Q: What if the flight is delayed or early?
A: We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.

Q: We have childen travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
A: Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.

Q: Can I pay the driver cash?
A: Yes, you may pay the driver cash at the time of pick up.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, you may pay by card.

Q: Can I make a booking on the phone?
A: Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A: The earlier the better. However, 6 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Just send us a message on What’s App and wait for confirmation.

Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: No. It is at the passengers discretion.
